Marie Sharp’s Pot Roast
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. Boneless Beef Chuck Eye Roast
- 1 lb. baby red potatoes
- 1 lb. baby carrots
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Marie Sharp’s Exotic Steak Sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pkg. onion mushroom soup mix
Instructions
Mix Marie Sharp’s Exotic Steak Sauce, water and onion mushroom soup mix in a bowl
Place beef roast in crock pot and top with vegetables
Pour Marie Sharp mixture over meat and veggies
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours
