Cajohn’s Select Serrano Puree

Only the finest serrano chiles are chosen for this wonderful puree. Ground fresh from the fields, they are then blended with distilled vinegar. After Citric acid and vitamin C are added to preserve color, the sauce is then bottled immediately to maintain freshness. The result is a minimum of 80% chile solids, more than four times the content of most hot sauces. This puree is superb for inclusion in your favorite culinary creations. Enjoy!
