Lynchburg Lemon Pepper & Herb Seasoning

The people of Lynchburg have been using seasonings to enhance the flavor of their meats since before the turn of the century. This Taste of Tennessee Hill Country Lemon Pepper & Herb seasoning is a terrific combination of black pepper, kosher salt, lemon peel, lemon juice powder, garlic, onion, spices and Jack Daniel’s Black Label Whiskey. This is an excellent seasoning for smoking, grilling, frying or oven roasting chicken, fish, chicken, pork, vegetables, or soups. Rub seasoning gently into meat covering all areas thoroughly several hours to overnight before cooking.
