Stubb’s Green Chile Marinade

New Mexico held a special place in Stubb’s heart. After developing a love for the local food, including green chiles, he created this flavorful sauce that will give a true southwest flavor to any cut of meat. Combining Anaheim green peppers and Hatch green chiles with water, pineapple juice, brown sugar, jalapeno powder, dried onion and garlic, salt and spices, this sauce makes cooking at home easy and delicious. Great as a marinade or dipping sauce and wonderful to use in Mexican and Tex-Mex recipes like enchiladas and tacos.
