Every June the Walkers get together for a family reunion and a Cajun fish fry. So it was only natural that they created Slap Ya Mama Cajun Fish Fry for this event. Using a special blend of spices, they have produced a Louisiana fish fry that’s perfect for frying all varieties of seafood, from shrimp to catfish, oysters to alligator. This blend of corn meal, corn flour, flour, salt, red pepper, garlic, black pepper, paprika, soluble crab spice and oleoresin paprika will leave your mouth watering for more. Contains no MSG.
